OK, so the bad news is that Magic Kingdom’s beloved Happily Ever After fireworks show will not run for two nights in a row this July. So, if you were hoping to catch the show, you might want to rethink your plans. Now, let’s get to the GOOD news!

We’d want to tell you to download the My Disney Experience app and take advantage of its features (like Mobile Checkout and Mobile Order) and be sure to make a list of the rides and attractions you want to prioritize and don’t even think about going to Magic Kingdom without getting a DOLE Whip. But if we only got to tell you ONE THING, we’d say this: HYDRATE.Â

Pirates of the Caribbean
Okay, so we’ve been trying to get more details from Disney about the Pirates of the Caribbean tavern in Magic Kingdom that was announced back in September 2023. All the information we got was that it would be a new bar themed around Pirates of the Caribbean that it would feature Barker Bird. But Disney’s been quiet on details ever since, so we’ve been looking for construction in Adventureland that could signal it’s coming soon. We recently turned up a new permit that could provide a hint, and now we’ve got actual signs of construction.

Disney Cruise Line offers adventures, relaxation, delicious food, and fun experiences. We love to be in a Disney atmosphere while sailing on the high seas. Plus, the journey is just as great as the destinations. Speaking of cruise destinations, Disney’s brand-new cruise destination in the Bahamas, Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, is now open for you to visit! We stopped by and checked out the “adults-only” areas of the spaces.
If you’ve yet to visit the Disney World hotels you’re considering for your next trip, how do you know you’re making the right decision for you and your family? Think about it for a moment. Comparing hotels solely by a short online description and a few stock photos can make you feel like you’ve made the right choice based on a smidge of idyllic information provided, but that scenario has led to a disaster of a time over and over again. Y’all. It is HOT in Disney World right now — we are not even joking. Not only that, though, it’s also humid (we’re not joking when we say it’s not the heat; it’s the humidity that gets you).
Caribbean Beach
Anyway, you know what that means, right? It means we’re going to give you our Disney World summer advice, like telling you to stay hydrated, stay cool, take advantage of air conditioning throughout Disney World, and pace yourself. But one thing that’s really enjoyable on a hot day is a nice frozen drink, right? Well, if you’re enjoying some pool time at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, that could be a little tricky because one bar is not serving frozen drinks right now.
Back in 2021, Disney purchased land in the Lake Nona area of Orlando to build a campus that would relocate thousands of Disney employees to Central Florida.

They later announced that this plan was delayed as of June 2022 and the move was again delayed for over 3 years — before the official announcement was made pulling the plug on the project in May 2023. But that wasn’t before some Disney employees uprooted their lives and families at the request of the House of Mouse, and now, they’ve filed a lawsuit against the company for just that.
When you walk around Disney World, you start to notice some patterns. People end up dressing the same, eating the same, and even buying the same souvenirs! And we don’t know about you, but there’s something nice about spotting your t-shirt twin in Magic Kingdom. You must have good taste if you spot someone else in the same outfit, right?
