The Land Pavilion’s Sunshine Seasons is one of the “Additional Locations” for specialty food options during the 2019 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. This category recognizes specialty items that are available for the Festival, but are not located at the event’s Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths.
The specialty item at Sunshine Seasons is the Earl Grey Tea Cake with Orange-Honey Filling topped with Honeybell Tangelo Buttercream, Honeycomb, and Bee Pollen. [Read more…]

In case you haven’t heard 😉 , opening dates have been announced for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland (May 31, 2019) AND in Disney World’s Hollywood Studios (August 29, 2019). So… how do such high levels of anticipation (to put it mildly) affect the logistics of opening?
Let’s talk about it…
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will open in TWO phases in Disneyland
. The first — beginning, of course, on May 31st — will welcome guests to the Planet Batuu to experience elements of the land including one of the two attractions — Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run.
The second phase, to take place “late this year,” will see the opening of the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction. According to Disney, “In light of tremendous demand, Disney made the decision to open the land in phases to allow guests to sooner enjoy the one-of-a-kind experiences that make Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge so spectacular.” [Read more…]

Guests may have seen the wines listed at Disney parks and resorts including Carthay Circle Restaurant and Alfresco Tasting Terrace at Disney California Adventure park or the Grand Floridian Café and Be Our Guest Restaurant in Walt Disney World. Coming soon to Disneyland, Mickey’s Soundsational Parade Plaza Inn Dining Package will pair lunch at Plaza Inn with a reserved viewing space for Mickey’s Soundsational Parade!
Booking will open on March 12th for dates beginning March 31st. Times will be available from 1:30 – 4:00 PM, and guests can plan to pick up their meal on their reserved date and dine at any available table at Plaza Inn. [Read more…]
Wine lovers, take note! The Wonderful World of Wine will be presented at Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney World’s Yacht Club Resort on every second Wednesday of the month.
Guests will “sample the liquid legacies of some of the finest appellations and vineyards throughout California, Italy, France, Chile, Australia and more—and learn about their flavor profiles, winemaking techniques, and soil and climate conditions” from Advanced Sommelier Kristopher Soto.
