The Chef’s Table
This 3-hour dining experience allows only one party to be seated per evening. The exclusive table can accommodate a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 guests. The chef will serve a prix fixe meal that includes up to 13 courses. A wine pairing option is available to add as well, complete with the presence of a sommelier to select the best wines for each course.
In July 2022, Victoria & Albert’s reopened after a lengthy closure. Upon its reopening, a fresh design, new menu items, and additional changes were revealed.

5:30PM each evening (only one party is seated per night)
Price
$425.00 per guest, with optional wine pairing starting an additional $210.00 per guest (tax and gratuity not included). Zero-proof pairings start at $145.00 per guest.
Additional Information
- Guests must be at least 10 years of age.
- Valet parking at the Grand Floridian is included.
- This experience books up quickly, so it’s best to make your reservation as soon as possible within the 60-day reservation window.
- A Dress Code is enforced in this restaurant. According to the Walt Disney World website, “Guests are expected to dress accordingly in semi-formal/formal attire that respects the restaurant’s elegant and opulent aesthetic.”
- A $100-per-person cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 5 days of the reservation. The full price will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation.
