Disney World Annual Pass Options
As with theme park admission tickets for day guests, there are a variety of options for Annual Passes. FOUR unique Annual Passes are available for purchase. Guests may choose from the Disney Incredi-Pass, the Disney Sorcerer Pass, the Disney Pirate Pass, and the Disney Pixie Dust Pass.
The Passes offer admission to the four Walt Disney World theme parks — Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios parks — with varying levels of theme park access, Park Pass Reservation allotments, and benefits based on the type of Pass.
Disney Incredi-Pass
The Disney Incredi-Pass is currently $1,549 plus tax. (Current Annual Passholders are eligible for a renewal rate of $1,229.)
This pass option has NO blockout dates and the Passholder can hold up to 5 required Disney Park Pass Reservations at one time*.
Florida Residents may pay $121 per month for 12 months after a down payment of $205; however, the Disney Incredi-Pass is available for purchase to non-Florida Residents, as well (though the Pass must be paid for in full by non-Florida Residents).
*Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are also eligible for “Good-to-Go” days which do not require a Park Pass reservation, and do not count against your Park Pass reservation allotment.
Disney Sorcerer Pass
The Disney Sorcerer Pass is $1079 plus tax. (Current Annual Passholders are eligible for a renewal rate of $929.)
This pass option has limited blockout dates on select days during select holiday periods (these can be seen on the integrated Annual Pass calendar on these Disney World website), and the Passholder can hold up to 5 required Disney Park Pass Reservations at one time*.
Florida residents may pay $79 per month for 12 months after a $205 down payment. The Disney Sorcerer Pass is ONLY available to Florida Residents or Disney Vacation Club Members.
*Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are also eligible for “Good-to-Go” days which do not require a Park Pass reservation, and do not count against your Park Pass reservation allotment.
Disney Pirate Pass
The Disney Pirate Pass is $829 plus tax. (Current Annual Passholders are eligible for a renewal rate of $709.)
This pass has blockout dates including peak times and holidays (these can be seen on the integrated Annual Pass calendar on these Disney World website), and the Passholder can hold up to 4 required Disney Park Pass Reservations at one time*.
Florida Residents may pay $57 per month for 12 months after a $205 down payment. The Disney Pirate Pass is ONLY available to Florida Residents.
*Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are also eligible for “Good-to-Go” days which do not require a Park Pass reservation, and do not count against your Park Pass reservation allotment.
Disney Pixie Dust Pass
The Disney Pixie Dust Pass is $469 plus tax. (Current Annual Passholders are eligible for a renewal rate of $399.)
This pass has the most blockout dates including peak times and holidays. (These can be seen on the integrated Annual Pass calendar on these Disney World website.) Saturdays and Sundays are also blocked out; however, most weekdays are available for guests with the Pixie Dust Pass. The Passholder can hold up to 3 required Disney Park Pass Reservations at one time*.
Florida Residents may pay $25 per month for 12 months after a $205 down payment. The Disney Pixie Dust Pass is ONLY available to Florida Residents.
*Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are also eligible for “Good-to-Go” days which do not require a Park Pass reservation, and do not count against your Park Pass reservation allotment.
Where and How to Purchase a New Annual Pass
Disney World Passes are available for purchase through the Disney website or on the My Disney Experience app. Guests may also call 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639). Annual Passes are also available for purchase at theme park ticket windows or at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs.
PLEASE NOTE: When it comes to annual pass purchasing, many people don’t realize you don’t have to use your pass right away! Once you buy a pass, you have 365 days to “activate” it (use it for the first time). So, if you have a trip planned for later this year, you may want to purchase an annual pass when they are available — otherwise, your desired pass type might sell out and be unavailable at a later date.
Where and How to Renew an Annual Pass
Disney World Annual Passholders may renew current passes in any of the following ways:
- Through the Disney website when logged in to their My Disney Experience account;
- In-person at a theme park ticket windows or at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs;
- Renew over the phone by calling (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277.
PLEASE NOTE: Existing passholders may “renew into any of [the] four pass types.” (For example: if you have a Pixie Dust Pass, when your renewal period comes, you can renew — or upgrade — into a “higher” pass — such as the Incredi-Pass.)
When to Renew an Annual Pass
Existing Disney World Annual Passholders have a “renewal window” of up to 60 days before and 30 days after the pass expiration date. Note that Annual Passes do NOT automatically renew, and per the Disney World website, “your renewed Annual Pass will expire one year from your Anniversary Date, regardless of when you actually renew.”
Where and How to Upgrade an Existing Pass
Existing Passholders may upgrade their pass to a different tier without having to wait until their renewal window. However, “the difference in prices must be paid in full at the time of the upgrade and the new Pass will have the same expiration date as the original pass.”
Disney World Annual Passholders may upgrade existing passes through the Disney website.

- Speaking of entering the parks… each Disney World theme park often has an exclusive dedicated entrance for Annual Passholders!
- Passholders are eligible for “Good-to-Go” days which do not require a Park Pass reservation, and do not count against your Park Pass reservation allotment. Disney notes that “the theme park reservation calendar will be updated periodically and will show Passholders select days when they may visit a Disney World theme park without needing a theme park reservation.”
Good-to-Go Days for Disney World Annual Passholders
Disney has introduced “Good-to-Go” days for Disney World Annual Passholders! These are dates when Passholders DO NOT need a Disney Park Park reservation to enter ANY of the four Disney World theme parks.
The circled dates that appear when an Annual Passholders is logged into their My Disney Experience account denote the date as Good-to-Go!
In fact, if you try to make a Park Pass reservation for one of those dates, you’ll receive a second reminder, as a Good-to-Go date is unable to be selected.
A final spot to check is the My Disney Experience app.
You’ll see a message appear on any Good-to-Go days on the home screen of the app if you just scroll down a little bit from the top. (Note that this message will appear day-of only.)
Disney notes that “the theme park reservation calendar will be updated periodically and will show Passholders select days when they may visit a Disney World theme park without needing a theme park reservation.” That means that you can see the “Good to Go” days on a rolling basis, so you can’t see the whole year right away.
It’s important to note that blockout dates still apply, and your integrated calendar will reflect any applicable blockout dates, as well. For example, here is a calendar showing Good-to-Go dates for a Pixie Dust Pass (which is blocked out on Saturdays and Sundays and select holidays):
A few bullet points for what’s good-to-know about Good-to-Go:
- “Good-to-Go” days will automatically appear in the Theme Park Reservation calendar, the Annual Passholder admissions calendar, and the My Disney Experience app;
- What if we already have a park reservation, but that date becomes a Good-to-Go day? Well, that reservation will be removed from your park reservation limit, and will no longer count against your allotment! Don’t worry, tho — it will still appear in your Future Plans when you are logged into my My Disney Experience;
- Good-to-Go days will be added on a rolling basis — days or weeks in advance — so it’s advisable to keep a close watch on the calendar in case of any last-minute date additions;
- Note that Annual Passholders and Cast Members still need to make Park Pass Reservations on most days if they wish to visit a park BEFORE 2PM or Magic Kingdom at any time on a Saturday or Sunday. The Good-To-Go days are an exception to these rules;
- As always, Annual Passholder blockout dates apply for your specific Annual Pass level.
So, to sum up, Annual Passholders WILL need a Park Pass Reservation to visit Disney World parks EXCEPT in these situations:
- Good-To-Go Days
- Any day after 2PM, excluding Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays
- You have a Park Pass and have entered the specific park that you have a reservation for — at this point, you can park hop to any other park at any time of day. (Phrased a different way: even though Annual Passholders can hop to a different park at any time, they MUST enter the park they have a theme Park Pass reservation for FIRST before being able to hop.)

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS for All Annual Passholders
Additionally, the following add-ons options for customization are available for ALL FOUR new Annual Passes:
- Any Pass type may be upgraded to include Disney PhotoPass downloads for $99 (plus tax)
- Any Pass type may be upgraded to include the Water Park and Sports option for $99 (plus tax). During the duration of your Annual Pass, the Water Parks and Sports Option add-on will give you one admission per day to select Walt Disney World experiences with no blockout dates. This includes:
- Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
- Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
- Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course
- FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail
- Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4PM)
- Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4PM)
- ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex – Currently Unavailable
Please note that these customization options may be added to your Annual Pass at any time; they do not have to be added immediately when you purchase your Pass.

P.S. Have you already purchased a theme park ticket? Disney has shared that eligible tickets can be upgraded to select pass types; guests may apply the entire price paid into a select Annual Pass. This can be done in person at a theme park ticket window or at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. Or you may call Disney at 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639). (Be aware that this option is not available online.) However, note that for eligible ticket upgrades, the monthly payment plans will only be available in person.
Disney Theme Park Reservations
Disney World Annual Passholders must make the required Disney Park Pass Reservations to enter a park in select circumstances, along with having a valid Annual Pass.
Annual Passholders can enter the parks after 2PM WITHOUT a Park Pass reservation. However, there are some exceptions:
- Passholders still need to schedule reservations for Saturdays and Sundays in Magic Kingdom. If an Annual Passholder wants to go to Magic Kingdom on Saturdays or Sundays, they’ll need a Park Pass regardless of what time they want to visit.
- Passholders still need to schedule reservations to visit any park PRIOR to 2PM.
- Good-to-Go days, as addressed in full above, appear on the Theme Park reservations calendar. Annual Passholders do not require park passes on those dates.
Keep in mind, Annual Passholder blockout dates continue to apply, so you’ll want to take a close look at those when planning your visit.
Find out everything you need to know about the Disney Park Pass Reservation System HERE.
Please Note: Annual Passholders staying at a Disney Resort hotel (or other select hotels) may also make Park Pass Reservations for each day of their Resort stay in addition to the Park Pass Reservations they may already hold with their Pass.
Enhancements to the Park Pass Reservation system for Passholders include an integrated calendar to easily see block out dates for each type of pass, view available Park Pass reservation dates, and make, modify, or cancel park reservations all in one spot.
When an Annual Passholders is logged into their My Disney Experience account (to which their Annual Pass is linked), the availability calendars are automatically updated to reflect (1) their specific Annual Pass park eligibility; (2) Park Pass Reservation availability; (3) their own already-reserved dates; and (4) any Good-to-Go dates;
For instance, the example in the screenshot above features a Pixie Dust Pass: weekend days (and other select dates) blocked out. The calendar automatically designates any dates that are blocked out with a slash mark over them, and they are grayed out, as well.
Additionally, the Passholder has already booked their own Park Pass Reservation for January 19th, so that date is grayed out with a “restricted” sign (though the reservation itself IS eligible for cancellation or modification).
Dates circled in green are “Good-to-Go dates which do not require a Park Pass reservation.
Essentially, the Passholder doesn’t have to keep track of which dates they are or aren’t eligible to enter a park. It’s displayed for you!

Lightning Lanes for Disney World Attractions
Lightning Lane Multi Pass is an optional paid service available through the My Disney Experience app which allows you to bypass standby lines and enter the Lightning Lane at select attractions in the parks by paying a base price for multiple attractions. When purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you can make up to 3 Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections in a park in advance of your visit.
Additionally, guests may opt to purchase Lightning Lane Single Passes via the My Disney Experience app. Lightning Lane Single Pass is essentially a pay-per-ride service. Guests pay a fee to utilize the Lightning Lane for an individual, in-demand attraction.
DISNEY WORLD ANNUAL PASSHOLDERS may purchase Lightning Lane passes starting at 7AM three (3) days in advance of a Park Pass Reservation or a Good-to-Go day.
