As you may be aware, we are huge fans of the Cove Bar at Disney’s California Adventure. Offering amazing views of Paradise Pier, above par pub grub (hello, Lobster Nachos!), and terrific — even secret — cocktails, it’s got it all.

Of course, we aren’t the only fans of this beautiful bar, as evidenced by the often-encountered lengthy wait times for a seat.

So we were excited to read in the ocregister that the Cove Bar is being expanded! No word yet on a completion date, or if any new food or drinks will be added to the menu along with the expansion. But more seating will definitely be welcome.

After all, it will allow that many more people to put a visit to the Cove Bar on their Disney Food Bucket List! Oh, and if it’s on YOUR list, be sure to ask for a Fun Wheel…
