Pretty stinking excited about this. When we started to see signs that there would be brand new food kiosks coming to Disney Springs in the near future, we were all in! And now we have MENUS!
Today, we’re getting lots more details about the soon-to-open AristoCrepes, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., and the spot we just told you about this week — The Daily Poutine! Both The Daily Poutine and B.B. Wolfe’s will be opening on May 15, along with many other venues at Disney Springs. Expect to see Aristocrepes ready for business one week later on May 22.
Here are some of the menu details that we have so far!
The Daily Poutine
We were instantly smitten with the news that a cart featuring Canada’s national food obsession, Poutine, would debut at Disney Springs! But we had the same question as many of you: would the kiosk take a purist’s tack with the dish, and only serve thick-cut Fries with Beef Gravy and Cheese Curds? Or would they branch out and try new flavors using the Poutine genre?
Well, we’re happy to report that the answer is: YES! While there will be an uber traditional version with the absolutely-non-negotiable CHEESE CURDS, there will also be some fun interpretations as well!
What do you think of a Latin version, featuring with Fried Yucca in place of Potatoes, and topped with Black Beans, Pulled Pork, and Queso Fresco?
But then, there’s also going to be an Italian take on the dish. This one will come with Bocconcino Mozzarella and Bolognese Sauce.
Finally, the French won’t be left out. We’ll be sure to savor Poutine topped with Mushroom Cream Sauce and Gruyere.
And if all of those fries make you thirsty, you’ll be able to grab a drink as well. Choose from Beer on tap and Sangria as well as Lemonade and Soda.
B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.
If it’s Artisan Sausages that you crave, then head to B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.!
There, you’ll find an assortment of interesting flavors. Look for lots of variety here, including a Three Little Pigs Trio. Flavors will include a Reuben Sausage, Bacon-wrapped with Black Bean Salsa and Chili Cheese; Portuguese Sausage with Pickled Vegetable Slaw and Chili Mustard; Sweet Hot Sausage with Peppers, Onions and Marinara; Bavarian Sausage Sandwich with a Mini-Meterwurst, Braised Red Cabbage and Spicy Brown Mustard on a Pretzel Roll; and Italian Veggie Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Marinara. Draft Beer and Fountain Sodas will also be available.
No telling whether the Three Little Pigs Trio will feature your choice of all of the above, or if it’s a set combo. But we can’t wait to taste them and let you know! 😉
AristoCrepes
Finally, get ready for some delicious takes on Crepes, as AristoCrepes makes its way to Disney Springs as well.
Do you prefer savory or sweet? Well, the good news is — you won’t have to choose!
On Team Savory, you can enjoy Beef with Horseradish Cream, Red Onion, Baby Spinach and Sharp Cheddar. Or go for a Vegetarian option, featuring Pickled Beets, Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, and Baby Greens. Turkey with Brie, Dried Cranberries, and Dijon Spread sounds pretty yum. Finally, channel your inner bagel lover with a combo of Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, Capers, Onion, and “Everything Bagel” Topping.
Team Sweet will include all kinds of great stuff: a S’mores Crepe will channel the fireside favorite with Marshmallow Cream (a GREAT thing all by itself!), Chocolate Sauce, and a sprinkle of Graham Cracker Crumbs. Or go for a match made in heaven, with Banana and Nutella, dressed with the addition of Salted Caramel. And fruit lovers will dig the Strawberries Romanoff with Chantilly Cream and Strawberries. Finally, this is Florida, so look for a Key Lime Cheesecake Crepe.
Drinks here are particularly interesting, as you can choose from Beer OR Wine on tap as well as Hard Sodas. Non alcoholic drinks are also available — and will include Joffrey’s Frappe Mocha and Hot Cocoa!
Wow! So, so much to look forward to just around the corner, and we can’t wait!
But now, I really want to hear from all of you! Which of the three new Disney Springs food kiosks are you looking forward to trying first?? Leave a comment and tell me what you think!

Hopefully these new delicious sounding menu items will be more reasonably priced than some of the other new recent arrivals to Disney Springs…

Any chance of a soft opening prior to 15 May for any of the above mentioned eateries? We’ll be there at Disney in a week and depart on 07 May. We’ll be staying at SSR, so it would be nice to have a few new eateries available to sample while there this go around.

LouisianaMike — There’s always a chance. If we hear of anything, we’ll let you know! 🙂

Will there be gluten free choices at any of these new restaurants???
Brooke says
Angela — No word specifically on GF options, but given Disney’s track record on providing options for guests with special diet needs, we expect that there will be some items available for guests who follow a GF diet. We’ll share the full menus soon! 🙂

Essie — Omigosh! Reading your comment made me realize we totes left out the sweet option at AristoCrepes in the post! I just added what we know about the dessert menu. Check it out! I think you’ll be pleased. 😀 Thank you so much for your comments and reading!

Any chance any of these will come to Disneyland California, Downtown Disney or California Adventure?

My husband and I had the vegetarian and the beef crepes. They were great tasting but I wished they had more filling. Also tried s’mores and the banana and Nutella crepes. They were fabulous.
