Last year, Walt Disney World introduced an Annual Passholder exclusive gift for guests attending the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. And this year, the offer is back again.
While APs could head home from the Festival with a Port Wine Glass last year, in 2016, they can add an etched glass tumbler to their collection. Special thanks to reader Alex for the heads up about these!
How does this magic come to pass? Here’s the low-down:
To obtain your Passholder Keepsake Tumbler, visit the Epcot Food and Wine Festival three times, and use either your Annual Passholder Card or your MagicBand to validate your visits.
On your third visit, head to Innoventions East. Present your Photo ID and either your MagicBand or your Passholder Card, and the tumbler is yours!
The promotion runs September 14-November 14. There is a limit of one tumbler per passholder.
I’m hoping that the use of MagicBands will curtail those crazy long lines we saw last year!
So make plans right now to visit the Festival at least three times, and you’ll automatically receive a pretty awesome souvenir. 😀

YAY!!!! We were lucky enough to get the glasses last year and they are such a lovely keepsake. So glad they are doing this again. We arrive on 9/21 so we’ll be able to see the first wave of people picking up their glasses. Last year, when you had to get a stamp, we found that the lines were shortest first thing in the morning. Having your visits tracked via Magic Band should cut down the lines significantly.
Cindy says
Just to make sure I’m totally clear about this, I have to visit the festival center 3 times or just attend Food and Wine 3 times?
Amanda says
Will we still have to stop in and get stamps, or are the magic bands supposed to automatically track our visits?
Kimberly says
I was wondering about the offer phrasing… it says visit Epcot three TIMES on this year’s offer whereas last year specified three separate days. Does that mean that this year I could visit three different times (leaving and re-entering) during the same day and qualify to receive the glass? My Magic and would track three separate park entries within the time frame given to qualify… so… ?
Kimberly says
Mispelled *Magic Band* in my previous comment sorry!
Brooke says
Kimberly — I’m not sure, but I can ask tomorrow. I stopped by yesterday to confirm that all I needed to do was to come back on my third day, and I could pick up my tumbler, and they said yes to that question. Basically, I was just confirming that I didn’t need to come by and, you know, swipe something extra or anything. Stay tuned! 😀

We are uk visitors staying for two weeks on Disney property in November with passes for the whole duration of our stay. We always visit the food and wine festival at least 3 times, sometimes more. I can see this offer is for passholders but there does not appear to be any incentives for visitors from overseas who don’t have the annual passes. Is there anything similar for non passholders?
Tara says
The guy told us the visits had to be on separate days. You could not park hop all in one day and get it.
Laura says
Can anyone verify the hours for actually picking up the tumbler? We’re just coming down for one long weekend and trying to decide if we can sneak in late on a third day to actually do the pick-up.
Please and thank you.
Brooke says
Laura — I’ll be there tomorrow, so I will try and confirm. Last week, they were open during park hours.
Brooke says
Laura — I checked today, and the Cast Members working the area confirmed that you can pick up a tumbler anytime during park hours.
Laura says
Brooke – Thank you so much for taking the time. Much appreciated. And good news for us!
Brooke says
Laura — I’m happy to help! Good luck 🙂
Gill says
I know last year it was easy for people to get more than 1 glass, but just completing more than one book of stamps. since this year it’s actually tied to you magicband/pass is that cutting out the ability to get more than 1?
Brooke says
Gill — the offer in Passporter specifically says that it’s limited to one per passholder, so I’m not really sure that multiple glasses are an option this year.
Suzanne says
Are there still glasses available?
Paul Sampara says
The glasses have been unavailable since yesterday (Wednesday Nov 9)! We didn’t find out till we got there this afternoon (Thursday Nov 10) on our third trip as required to get them!
Very disappointed & upset that Disney Annual Passholder services didn’t let us know via e-mail or some other way.
They are having everyone who shows up looking for a glass to fill out a form & supposedly Disney Passholder Services will figure something out – nobody there knew how they would make up for this.
So don’t waste your time going there for a third visit to qualify for the glass.
Ridiculous! We planned our day around going to Epcot to get the third visit in & get the glass. Never again!
Roberta says
Will there be a some way to get a glass as they were all gone when I arrived for my third visit
Jamie says
I attended 6 times over 4 weekends. Always had the best time. Unfortunately when I went to collect my glass they gave us all an Alice in wonderland mug that is on clearance at the character premier. Sooo disappointing.
