Get ready for SPRING to arrive at Epcot when the 2018 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival kicks off on February 28th!
Running through May 28th, we always look forward to this annual celebration of all things that bloom! And one of the highlights over the past several years has been the Outdoor Kitchens. These food booths, similar to the Marketplace Booths for the Food and Wine Festival — focus on flavors fresh from the garden.
Check out the FULL LIST of Flower and Garden Festival Food Booths and their MENUS here!!
Let’s look at some of the familiar and new flavors we’ll be experiencing at the Festival in a few weeks!
Epcot Flower and Garden Festival Food Booths
There will be a total of fifteen Food Booths for 2018.
New among them will be The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by the National Honey Board featuring all-new dishes such as Roasted Cauliflower with buckwheat honey carrot puree, wild rice pilaf, asparagus, honey blistered grapes and sunflower brittle and Honey Tandoori Chicken Flatbread with white cheddar cheese, charred vegetables, clover honey sour cream and micro watercress.
And for dessert? A Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with orange blossom honey ice cream garnished with fennel pollen meringue kisses.
And, of course, many of our Festival favorites will return! Look once more for the famous Frushi (fruit sushi) at the Hanami Food Booth in Japan!
New at Hanami will be the Teriyaki Salmon with furikake seasoned brown rice.
We know we aren’t the only ones who are always happy to see The Smokehouse: Barbecue and Brews back at the Festival!
This year, the popular Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Hash with White Cheddar Fondue and Pickled Jalapeños will return once again.
But you’ll find a new twist on the brisket as well! Look for the new Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Slider with garlic sausage, chorizo, cheddar fondue and house-made pickle on the menu.
Fleur de Lys in France will feature an entirely new food menu, with items like the Tarte à la Tomate Provençale: Provencal Tomato Tart with sautéed onions, fresh thyme and rosemary on a flaky pastry crust. You can also try the Macaron au Chocolat en Sucette — the Large Chocolate Macaron Lollipop — for dessert!
But even with an all-new food menu, you’ll still see the beloved La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy with Grey Goose Orange, St. Germain Liqueur, and white and red cranberry juice listed under the beverages.

I absolutely love the flower & garden festival, and as a vegetarian they always have a bunch of delicious options for me. Unfortunately, since the last festival, Disney seems to have changed their definition of “vegetarian” to exclude eating eggs. I really don’t understand why they did this, as vegetarians eat both dairy and eggs, while vegans eat neither, so this new definition is unhelpful to both of those groups. It also seems to be inconsistent. Cakes were listed as vegetarian at the last festival, while cookies were not. I’m sure both of these things contain eggs and neither contained gelatin. Very annoying to have to ask for ingredients at every booth and have snarky cast members tell you that eggs are not vegetarian.

We had to cancel our F & W festival trip and decided to give the F & G a try at end of March.
I know it cannot live up to all the hype of the F & W but looking through the menus I cannot wait.

Thank you tremendously for always posting your full menu and photos of the festival. As a mother of a child with severe life-threatening food allergies, I am always in full planning mode. Reading your blog always helps me to see where might be safe and where to completely avoid (then of course ask more questions once there). Thank you from our family!
