We’re Back in Animal Kingdom on a search for new food, merchandise, and any seasonal treats for you! This trip didn’t disappoint!
We’ll start today’s report out with a new food item in Pandora!
What’s New in Animal Kingdom’s Pandora
If you skipped breakfast for your rope drop dash to Flight of Passage you can enjoy breakfast at Pongu Pongu. You have a choice of Sausage and Egg Biscuit, French Toast Sticks, or Pongu Lumpia.
We tried the French Toast Sticks on this visit to Pandora.
You get three sticks in your order.
We liked these, they tasted fine, but for $6.29 these are not worth the price. Plus, in our order one of the sticks was half the size of the other two.
While in Pandora we also saw the ACE Mobility Cart is no longer offering Melissa’s Clean Snack Mixes.
What’s New in Animal Kingdom’s Africa
The popular Cauldron Popcorn Buckets and Halloween Popcorn Buckets are available at Mahindi as well as the canteen sipper. However, when we asked, a cast member told us the Green Poison Apple Steins were sold out. They usually get them back in stock, but note that they go quickly when they’re there.
You’ll also find the Cauldron Popcorn Buckets at The Feeding Ground and Cornivores in the park.
Zuri’s Sweets Shop is serving up some seasonal cupcakes with Mickey and Minnie themed Fall decorations.
If you’re looking for Shave Ice, the stand has now been moved inside Harambe Market.
They now have a published menu – remember you can get your Shave Ice spiked here!
What’s New in Animal Kingdom’s Asia
Royal Anandapur Tea Company
is now offering a Cold Brew Pumpkin Creme Brulee Coffee as a seasonal option.
What’s New in Animal Kingdom’s Discovery Island
(Starbucks) is now offering Yogurt Parfaits in the morning, or until they sell out.
For the first time, we found that the Island Mercantile Shop is selling Banshees from Pandora. This is the first location outside of Pandora to sell the Banshees that we know of.
What’s New in Animal Kingdom’s Merchandise
Joining in other snow globes featuring popular rides, we found an Expedition Everest snow globe.
Umm, can we talk about the Yeti’s manicure for a minute?
If snow globes with gnarly hands aren’t your thing, maybe this all-in-one Rose Gold Phone Case and Wallet is more your speed!
But, if you’re like us, you’ll need a bigger bag than that cute all-in-one. How about this Mickey Leopard Purse!
Check out the pom-pom on this purse! Too Cute!
That’s all that’s new in the Animal Kingdom this week! We’ll leave you with this peaceful photo!

Why is the popcorn bucket $13.99 in some places and $15 in others? That seems weird.
Rachel says
Nevermind. It looks like it’s because of sales tax.
Jess says
Love the phone case but is it just for iPhones or do they have them for samsung!??
David says
I agree that Morimoto doesn’t have a lot of desserts, but I love the gelato it great. Have had the regular flavors and the seasonal flavors. I love the gelato and the filet is to die for melts in your mouth and the sauce what a combination. I’d give it 10 stars but most definitely a 5star restaurant in my book. Never miss an opportunity to go when in Orlando.

Great information! I was wondering, is the canteen refillable? I got side tracked looking at the popcorn bucket. I am in a scooter and it looks like it might make my life a bit easier.
Lori says
Not only is that order of french toast sticks tiny, but for $6+, they should serve them with real maple syrup. Anytime you see “made with” that means that there’s a tiny drop of said ingredient in it but it’s drowned out by tons of garbage ingredients like corn syrup.
