Every day, the opening of Jaleo in Disney Springs gets closer! The upcoming — and highly anticipated — restaurant by Chef José Andrés is no longer hidden behind construction walls.
In fact, the location (you can read about its interesting and unique design here) is now only blocked by planters.
A few weeks ago, we found via the Jaleo website that an opening of the location was set to take place this month. And today we were informed that the restaurant should open next week! (Our press date for this post is March 12, 2019.) Unfortunately, an exact day could not be confirmed.
But VERY soon we should be able to check out the next new dining location in Disney Springs and try the authentic Spanish cuisine at Jaleo (and its Counter Service component, Pepe) by Chef José Andrés!
