Whether you’re watching The Mandalorian on Disney+ or not, chances are you’ve heard of the new character that’s stolen EVERYONE’S hearts!

Spoiler Alert!: If you haven’t watched The Mandalorian yet and want to remain unspoiled, proceed with caution!
Earlier this week, we spotted a Cast Member’s take on “Baby Yoda” (real name TBD!), but now it looks like some official “Baby Yoda” merch is coming, and sooner than you’d think!
According to Variety, Disney is getting ready to release a VARIETY of products tied to the cutest new character in the Star Wars-verse, and, while there is not an official launch date at the moment, sources expect many of them to debut in the next few days! (It IS almost the busiest shopping season of the year!)
These products will include apparel and accessories that should be available at shopDisney, Disney stores, and Disney Parks, along with stores such as Amazon, Kohls, Target, Macy’s, Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Zazzle.

We were a little shocked when the show debuted that Disney didn’t immediately release a plethora of “Baby Yoda” merch, but, according to The Mandalorian creator Jon Favreau, this was purposefully done to preserve the surprise of the character in the first episode of the series.
Currently, the only merchandise we’ve spotted is this Mandalorian “The Child” T-Shirt on Amazon, which is available in Men, Women, and Youth sizing in the colors Black, Navy, White and Dark Heather.

Additionally, fans of The Mandalorian (and anyone with eyes connected to a heart! 😉 ) will be thrilled to hear that toys, including a plush toy, will be available for pre-order sometime in the next few weeks, with even more products expected to debut within the next few months. We will definitely be keeping our eyes peeled, and will let you know as soon as we start seeing more available!

I’m so confused – we were just at Galaxy’s Edge and I had this toy in my hand several times and the cast members (more than one) said it was NOT Baby Yoda OR related to The Mandalorian (because we don’t know the name of the character) so I didn’t buy it. They said that the merch would not be available until end of December, when The Mandalorian finished airing/streaming. They specifically did not want to spoil the series by offering merch in the early days.
Blayne, they are correct. A cast member at Toydarian wrapped a regular Yoda plush to look like “baby Yoda”. But we have learned that “baby Yoda” merch will be coming, and we’ll post when it does!
