Well, the day has finally come — today is the LAST day Disney World guests will get to ride Splash Mountain. The attraction will be reimagined into a new ride, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

We already saw LOADS of crowds getting in one last ride on the attraction this weekend, but today, things are looking even busier! For those who chose to purchase Genie+ to access Splash Mountain’s Lightning Lane, we hope you got a time earlier because as of right now, there are no Lightning Lane times left!

So not a lot of us will have the opportunity to check out the amazing adventure that is Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, which we call the Star Wars Hotel, but it’s really SO much more.

The 2-night interactive adventure takes guests to a galaxy far, far away for an interactive experience that puts them in their own Star Wars adventure which plays out differently depending on the decisions they make. The experience also boasts some fantastic visual effects (a “real” lightsaber). Now, Walt Disney Imagineering has been recognized for its work on the Galactic Starcruiser and more.
